This hotel provided a surprisingly spacious and comfortable stay in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms were large by Tokyo standards and beautifully furnished in a modern, traditional style. The service was exceptional, with a gracious and helpful staff. The location was convenient, albeit a short walk to the nearest metro station. The dining options offered what you would expect from a Western-owned hotel. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.

I felt like I was in a roomy American hotel rather than a typical Tokyo space. The furnishings were stylish and the bathroom featured both a shower and a luxurious Japanese Heated/Washlet Toilet.
